You will be successful when you
  • Understand the goals and priorities of our business and provide helpful information, coaching and HR expertise to support achieving these goals.
  • Provide proactive support and accurate advice to employees and managers on questions about HR procedures, recruitment, employment law and employee relations
  • Build strong relationships with employees, managers and colleagues to collaborate on initiatives (e.g., Wellbeing, ergonomics, reading program) that enhance the work environment
  • Serve as a trusted partner and advisor on a variety of HR related issues at our UK plant such as absence, managing termination processes and conflicts with a principle-based approach
  • Maintain our policies, procedures and supplier contracts, in line with current legislation, our business philosophy and our long-term benefits
  • Analyze, assess, report and advice on effectiveness and competitiveness of benefits programs via benefits broker. Provide and acquire information on benefits programs and align with stakeholders and implement execution (e.g., Pension, Private Health Care, Income Protection, Group Life Insurance, Health Cashback Scheme) to manage risk and advice in timely manner.
  • Responsible for legal templates, contract management, benchmarks and updating operational benefits outside of the Netherlands and UK
Who are you?
  • 7+ yrs. experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing. Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business.
  • Credible, inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels.
  • Clearly presents and coaches on values, principles, and skills
  • Thorough knowledge of UK labor law.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and habits.
  • Confident, resilient, takes initiative with proven ability to collaborate
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally to the EMEA Headquarters in the Netherlands
