Intralox LLC has an remote opening for a Global Media Strategist in its inhouse marketing department. Here, you’ll be part of a global team driven to succeed, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about about their work. You are skilled in planning and execution and understand the role of different media channels and tactics. You will bring experience building media plans across a range of B2B verticals and campaign types to the team. You will lead the development of the media strategy at the front end of each campaign to define the right media mix and frequency to reach campaign objectives. This strategy will include working with the social media and digital strategists to develop a customer journey which will guide the creative team in identifying the assets needed to support the effort. 

You will work with the digital marketing team to define objectives as well as devise methods for accurately measuring performance against those objectives.  You understand global market trends, media data and platform insights, as well as owned, earned and paid consumer paths, which will ultimately lead to strategies that effectively connect Intralox to its customers.

  • Collaborate closely with the digital and creative teams as well as marketing strategists to drive the development of integrated campaigns
  • Design strategic marketing and media plans based on the intersection of goals, audience behavior, creative messaging, and different media vehicles
  • Perform research to inform media plans 
  • Work with marketing strategists to define audiences
  • Work with creative team to ensure optimal ad development and harmony between media and creative.
  • Provide thought leadership in consumer behavior, creative media, emerging media and technology
  • Deliver campaign performance projections and analysis with eye towards future implications
  • Monitor emerging industry trends in digital marketing. Meet with potential media and technology vendors
  • Work with vendors in local markets to develop localized strategy when needed

  • 3+ years of paid media experience across online and offline channels  
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated and measurable experience planning, developing, and implementing performance based cross-channel campaigns including paid and nonpaid tactics
  • Experience developing global campaign strategies
  • Experience working with B2B trade publications a plus
  • Innate understanding of how people interact with different media vehicles
  • Knowledge of how media is evaluated and optimized across platforms
  • Comfortable working in a multinational corporate environment contributing to and prioritizing multiple high-level projects
  • Self-directed, proactive, and capable of creating solutions and resolving issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research
