Intralox LLC Europe has an opening for a Global Account Team Leader to be based in Germany. You will manage the strategy and relations with one of our global key customers in the Tire Industry, expand the cooperation with large OEMs/Integrators and develop a growing and exciting new Electrical Vehicle (EV) segment. You will have full responsibility for the sales activities and results within the targeted Industry segment and related accounts in the EMEA region.

What will you do?
  • Create and own the strategic Account Plan for the key customer.
  • Work with different teams to give best services to the account and to create and implement the commercial strategies
  • Maintain and develop existing Integrator/Large OEM Development customer portfolio and further expand our penetration at those accounts
  • Develop players in the Automotive/EV Market: Increase market awareness of Intralox EV solutions (Battery and Vehicle), Work with teams to identify Intralox’s value proposition and help to improve team knowledge, manufacturing processes, and major players in these markets. 
  • Be part of, and work closely with, a strongly motivated and global Tire & Automotive Industry team

Who are you?
  • Solid sales experience in a B-2-B environment with preferably knowledge and experience within the Tire and/or Automotive sector; knowledge of relevant equipment and processes; familiarity with the industries’ main players, customs, and cultures
  • Higher technical or engineering education combined with business education; MBA would be a plus
  • Understand material flows and customer challenges and decision criteria for layout solutions
  • Ability to develop layout concepts and present to customer with the support of the Intralox technical team
  • Good verbal and written German and English language skills. Other European languages are advantageous
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on, self-managed and independent 
  • Strong multi-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively cross-border 
  • Commercial, committed and result driven personality, used to tight deadlines
  • Investigative and innovative entrepreneur, eager and constantly seeking and recognizing business opportunities
  • Strong, clear, and concise communicator, sparring partner and negotiator at all levels
  • Flexible, ambitious, and enthusiastic team player 
  • Ability to travel extensively (50%)
