- Varied technical roles to support and promote low-tension polymer conveyor belt applications
- Support, coordinate, perform and/or supervise belt installations in customer facilities
- Field troubleshooting and correction of problem installations or applications
- Conveyor inspection to gather detailed technical information on opportunities for improvement
- Belt and conveyor recommendations communicated verbally and in written reports
- Provide technical assistance and training to salespeople and customers remotely by phone, through written correspondence, webcasts, and in person at customer facilities
- Arrange and execute efficient travel on short notice, including some weekends
- Find solutions on-the-fly to satisfy customers
- Perform belt performance program calculations
- Service emphasis upon customers in North America
- Relentless self-evaluation and continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Strong mechanical background, ideally with experience in processing or conveying equipment
- Strong project management and collaboration skills including organizing, scheduling, leading, and team building
- Computer proficiency, including demonstrated experience with Microsoft products
- Customer service oriented personality and approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to occasionally lift 75 pounds
- Ability and willingness to travel and perform field service (50%+)
