Our company is seeking a Field Service Technician (FST) to join our growing selling team in Latin America. Based in Mexico City region, the FST collaborates with our internal teams and customers in the Food, Industrial and Logistics and Material Handling business industries to service with the most appropriated technical solution for their conveyance needs based on Intralox technologies.

Field Service Technician have the following essential responsibilities:
  • On-site support for newly delivered products: Machine and belt installation; Production start-up; Operator and maintenance instructions to users
  • Life Cycle Support of our products
  • Health Checks
  • Maintenance & repairs
  • Trouble shooting
  • Document your observations and actions in a service visit report: Perform other related service duties as assigned.
  • Technical degree, or higher in Mechanical, Industrial or similar.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to conceptualize and articulate mechanical concepts.
  • Previous experience of field service assistance or similar job (minimum of 2+ years)
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-75%; mostly predictable and scheduled: Required availability to travel on weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Presentation skills with experience in delivering key messages.
  • A passion for learning and growth along with the willingness and ability to be self-managed and the acceptance of personal responsibility for results.
  • Language: Technical English; Spanish as native.
