Responsibilities:

• Focus services in tire industry, while occasionally supporting other industries as needed.
• Perform assessment on Intralox technologies and spare parts, and troubleshoot problem in the field.
• Build and maintain the installation database, identify reliability issues and improvement opportunities, provide customer professional report with actionable feedbacks. 40% working time on paperwork is expected.
• Inspect competition technologies in key areas and applications to gather technical information, identify opportunities for improvement and retrofit. Timely and effectively communicate opportunities with account team for following up.
• Enjoy building customer relationship. Strive for improved customer touches. Maintain proactive connections with key reliability personnel.
• Effective communication and planning skills are needed to manage planned service visits at approximately 30 plants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. Technical background is a preference.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer interaction experience.
• Self-managed. Proven ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.
• Strong hands-on ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical system is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences, including customers and team members.
• Excellent in MS office software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice. Flexible to travel abroad to support services in other countries. Flexible to travel and work in weekends, holidays and irregular working hours as needed.
