Field Service Engineer - China
Intralox L.L.C, the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Field Service Engineer to provide conveyor auditing, field installation supervising and troubleshooting in China, primarily in food industries. The ideal candidate is exceptionally self-managed and motivated, requires a strong engineering capability to identify potential issues during the auditing process and troubleshooting the issue. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively with the commercial team is crucial in achieving the shared objective of driving our replacement business.
Job Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct regular reliability auditing service for all Intralox products at customer plants,
• Field troubleshooting, repairing, and identifying potential issues,
• Build relationship, enhance intimacy with customer during the auditing process,
• Generate comprehensive auditing reports that includes detailing findings, recommendations, and necessary actions for both customers and the internal team,
• Supervise installation & startup
• ThermoDrive belt splicing
• Maintenance training for customers
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Service-oriented mentality
• Proven experience in conducting field technical service within the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Hands-on problem-solver
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the commercial team and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and a comprehensive understanding of relevant safety protocols is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as per customer requirements.
