Intralox L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Field Installation Coordinator (Fixed Term - Not to Exceed 9 Months). The position would require you to travel to and be on our customer sites which include but are not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx and Amazon. You would be working with the Field Installation team which installs singulation and sortation equipment throughout these industries. As Installation Inventory Coordinator, you would be fully in charge of the receipt of these systems upon arrival on site and work with the installation team to keep the job site organized and distribute the parts in order of the installation. It is not a requirement that the candidate live in Maryland, as travel is required within the Continental United States.

Responsibilities:
- Travels to client sites and manages incoming shipments and distribution of parts at installation site.
- Check off items on project shipping manifest as physically received on site.
- Identify and audit assemblies and kits of individual parts.
- Submits missing parts request directly into Oracle (Information Management System).
- Assist in organizing materials on-site according to build schedules.
- Act as liaison between installation site, Project Manager, Kitting, Superintendents, Shipping and on-site contractors.
- Submit daily reports on project dashboard to communicate progress and/or challenges that occur in on site.
- Responsible for scheduling all travel arrangements (i.e. Airfare, hotel, rental cars)
- Safely operate various lift equipment.
- Diligently manage travel expenses and corporate card purchases.
- Follow the attendance policy of the Department.
- Promote and participate with continuous improvement efforts as needed.
- Maintain and enforce a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in inventory management/order picking.
- 2 year of experience with palletizing, shipping and truck loading of irregular materials.
- Previous experience with the operation of lift equipment.
- Must have basic Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be a team player and interact with internal personnel at all levels, external vendors, contractors and sales staff.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and meet strict deadlines.
- Very strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel for extensive periods; as much as 50% or more per year.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to follow the policies and practices as noted in employee handbook.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of this position as detailed in the functional job description, including the requirement to lift and carry 62 pounds.
- Ability to work overtime, flexible schedules, and weekends as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehousing, receiving or manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience with Oracle operating system (Information Management System).
- Previous experience with using Smartsheet.
- Certification in operation of lift equipment.
