Could you be our new Technical Sales Manager on the Packer to Palletizer (P2P) Team for the APAC region. As a member of this team, you will handle complex projects and implement strategies at accounts which include multi-plant corporations. You will optimize line layouts utilizing our patented Activated Roller Belt (ARB) equipment along with our transportation and accumulation technologies.
 

What will you be doing?
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with new & existing packaging related contacts at focus food industry and/or FMCG customers
  • Support sales managers at our focus food and/or FMCG industry accounts by presenting Intralox solutions and supporting service packages.
  • Understand customer challenges and decision criteria for layout solutions in packer to palletizer area.
  • Obtain input from the customer about their drivers for new back-end installations, qualify opportunities.
  • Develop layout concepts & budget proposals with the Intralox selling team and present to customer. Make use of customized tools using Intralox templates in Demo3D simulation software and AutoCAD.
  • Liaise between customer project team, system Integrators and Intralox. Ensure Intralox solution specifications are correctly implemented.

Who are you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of working experience in the filed. Proven industrial sales experience with solid commercial skills. Experience in selling in the food industry and selling conveyor systems are desired.
  • The ability to travel extensively is essential (approx. 50%).
  • Positive, confident outlook along with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving personality.
  • A passion for learning and growth along with the willingness and ability to be self-managed and the acceptance of personal responsibility for results.
  • An interest and aptitude in technical industrial processes and conveyance.
  • Proven record calling on plant and corporate level decision makers.
  • Excellent communicator both in Chinese and English, and team player.
  • Affinity with design software
