The primary role of this position within the Equipment Department is to assist project managers on project execution and manage external spare part quotations. You are the link between the project managers, account managers, account representatives, aftersales technicians and operations, ensuring you collaborating with them well, with all parts being quoted on time, and all reports/ERP/tracking tools being developed, maintained run. You understand the operational principles of this position and can work effectively underneath the principles.

Responsibilities:

Support in an administrative role including:

  • Manage external spare part (non-Intralox)  quotations and orders
  • Assist project managers with project administration through multiple systems.
  • Support project document creation where needed
  • Manage and consolidate report and tracking tools
  • Process creation, documentation and improvement is a must

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or work equivalent
  • 3 + years of previous Sales or Project Support experience
  • Microsoft Office- proficient to expert level in Excel, Power Point and Project required
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP system is a plus
