The Position
The primary role of this position within the Equipment Proposals & Project Management (PPM) and Equipment Aftersales (EAS) departments is to assist project managers on project execution and manage external spare part quotations. You are the link between the project managers, account representatives, aftersales technicians and operations, ensuring you collaborating within the team well, all spare parts are quoted on time, all reports, ERP and tracking tools are in good shape. You understand the operational principles of this position and can work effectively underneath the principles.
Support Equipment Project management and aftersales department in an administrative role including:
  • Assist Project Managers in successful execution of projects.
  • Manage external spare part quotations.
  • Manage and consolidate multiple report and tracking tools.
  • Assist Project procurements.
  • Process creation, documentation and improvement is a must.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related filed, or work equivalent.
  • 2+ years of previous Aftersales or Project Support experience.
  • Microsoft Office - proficient to expert level in Excel, Power Point and Project required.
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP system is a plus.
