This role will be involved in all facets of the production process and will work with multiple departments to ensure that all equipment orders will be finished correctly, on-time, and to the required level of quality and at the required level of efficiency, work from the Intralox Shanghai plant.
The ideal candidate will possess strong operational knowledge, has analysis, planning and coordinating skills, and has experience working in between commercial and operations team. You will be working in the APAC Equipment commercial operations team with connection on the similar role in other regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Master schedule equipment orders
    • Ensure department schedule builds into master schedule and match delivery goal
    • Sequence orders and remove conflicts
    • Review, prepare and maintain work orders at the system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond timely to lead time and feasibility requests.
  • Critical mindset on Sales Inventory Operation Planning (SIOP) – connect with sales and project teams to understand forecast and translating into operational planning.
  • Actively participate in new product releases and continuous improvement efforts with an emphasis on operational efficiency opportunities
  • Actively create and support an inspiring, positive, open and supportive work atmosphere

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management or related field, or work equivalent
  • 5 + years of previous experience with operations/planning environment.
  • English and Chinese language skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate amounts of information
  • Computer systems knowledge/skills, including ERP (e.g. Oracle), MS Office
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and under the pressure of deadlines
