The Operational Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to operational processes within the Equipment department. You will work closely with different stakeholders in the company (in China, US, and Europe) and will provide recommendations for optimizing operations. With the analyses that you will develop, management team and other stakeholders will be able to make better and faster decisions. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong operational knowledge, has analytical skills, and has experience working with various data analysis tools and techniques. You will be working in the APAC Equipment operations team with a strong interaction to the global analysis teams. 
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to operational processes within the company. 
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to evaluate business performance and optimize operational processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing processes.
  • Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with global analyses team for making global reports, analyses and following-up with global talents. 
  • Develop, formalize and document data collection processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management or related filed, or work equivalent. 
  • 5+ years of previous data analysis or business analysis experience. 
  • Microsoft Office - expert level in Excel, Power Point and Visio required. 
  • Strong experience and knowledge in Data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel(Pivots), Power BI or Tableau required. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate amounts of infomation with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python or VBA is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP system is a plus.
