The Technical Support Group (TSG) is an integral part of Intralox’s service and support customers. This team, based out of our EMEA region headquarters in Amsterdam, provides first-line technical support to the customer service department, field sales and Intralox customers.

  • Perform Conveyor Design Simulation (CDS) software for ThermoDrive technology analysis

  • Provide support on ThermoDrive strategic projects

  • Make industry specific product recommendations

  • Technical evaluations of conveying systems

  • Analyze conveyor design and make recommendations

  • Troubleshoot ThermoDrive issues by phone or e-mail

  • Provide ThermoDrive training for new hires (Customer Service, Sales, technical departments) and for customers

  • Develop and maintain ThermoDrive related tools and documentation (such as calculators, template documents, drawings, etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or Industrial Engineering

  • Experience related to material handling, conveyor systems, or in technical customer Support

  • Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks)

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills

  • Service minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership

  • Advanced communication skills in English. Additional language skills are advantageous.

  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites
