This individual will be responsible for promoting Hydrolox traveling water screens on a global basis to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) firms and ensure they are incorporated into design packages for various Industrial applications. These firms include, but not are not limited to, new power stations (fossil, gas, nuclear), desalination plants, drinking water plants, Petro-chem facilities and hydro power stations. This role allows for a high degree of autonomy and requires an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and brand presence with EPC companies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the account plan to include designing relationship strategy, prioritizing opportunities, and identifying new organizations and regions to target. 
  • Contact potential clients to establish a clear value proposition and brand preference.
  • Develop, maintain, and share knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate with both Domestic and Global Account Teams and Business Units to ensure complete opportunity transparency.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Plan and oversee new global marketing initiatives.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Identify emerging market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Bring back learning/feedback from contact with customers/prospects, provide management with feedback.
  • Be a great team player; support team and team learning.


  • Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of business development experience.
  • Experience in selling to EPC firms a plus.
  • Ability to travel – domestically & globally.
  • Experience in conducting marketing analysis and analyzing market data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a requirement – other languages a plus.
  • Must have excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Must be self-managed and a self-starter.
