Intralox LLC, Europe is offering an exciting opportunity in its internationally recognized award-winning global Customer Service team. As a Customer Service (CS) Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the CS Department Staff Group and contribute to the day to day running of our Amsterdam located contact center. At Intralox we work with self-managed people, which means you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on your everyday work.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage day to day schedule adjustments in our CS scheduling system 
  • Help CS Account Representatives make good scheduling decisions based on data and guidelines, and flag concerns and opportunities for process improvements to the CS leadership and workforce teams.
  • Manage public holiday overviews and related phone system adjustments
  • Own administrative tasks related to onboarding of new colleagues 
  • Organize and coordinate CS department events, such as on- and off-site campus meetings
  • Support the CS leadership team with administrational tasks, meeting minutes and keep track of progress on key deliverables
  • Run and check daily reports to support the department’s service levels

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential 
  • Experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with all levels of staff 
  • Strong organizational skills and structured approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Verint, Cisco and Kronos software is beneficial
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
