Are you a talented, self-managed sales professional looking for an opportunity to boost your international experience and develop your potential?

In this exciting role, you would be part of the Intralox Food division, reporting into our MPS team. You will be home office based ideally out of the Netherlands.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop Intralox as preferred partner for conveyance solutions at key customers to drive long term and profitable sales growth based on value for customers
  • Develop compelling Account Value proposition for key customers that can be translated into quantified benefits for these customers
  • Create and own strategic Account Plans for key customers, and drive execution of these plans with relevant MPS Account Managers / Selling Team members, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders 
  • Leverage successes between corporate and plant contacts (both directions: top down and bottom up), incl support of commercial team in the field at plant level 
  • Agreement/contract management and negotiations with respective accounts
  • Organize regular reviews (both internal and external) of account progress and redirect resources and strategy when necessary
  • Identify sales opportunities; articulate and document company resources needed to bring sales to closure
  • Continuously drive account / industry analysis, work closely together with Business Development Analyst & MPS Team to strengthen our value proposition
 Profile
  • Business fluency in English. Additional languages, especially German, would be a plus
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the food and packaging process industry; its major players, its customs and its cultures, the technology; the production processes
  • Strong technical affinity
  • Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on, self-managed and independent
  • Commercial, committed and results-driven personality, used to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (75%) throughout the territory and abroad.
