This new global role is for innovative problem-solvers with an inquisitive mindset who can design, develop and implement digital training that helps employees grow. It’s an incredible opportunity to positively impact employees’ behaviors, skills, and knowledge. We are looking for someone to drive self-managed learning across the commercial organization. The E-Learning Developer will be part of the newly formed Commercial Training Team providing the opportunity to introduce and leverage new learning methods, collaborate with team members and self-direct the means for achieving key deliverables.

 

The successful candidate will be a positive, energetic team-player with a track record of using technology wisely to communicate ideas, structure content and design intuitive and engaging tools. In this role, you will understand your audience, collaborate with subject matter experts and use your creativity and technology savviness to transform training into a digital, interactive learning experience for employees to learn anytime, anywhere. The candidate for this role must be a detail-oriented, self-starter that is open to feedback and can cut through ambiguity to clearly convey a concept and message.

Responsibilities

  • Create and improve digital training that enhances learning and retention
  • Use well-defined learning objectives to develop storyboards and scripts
  • Apply instructional design theories and methods to produce high-quality instructional graphics, animations, user interfaces and self-assessments
  • Design interactive digital exercises for a blended learning context
  • Develop supporting material (audio, video, simulations, games, etc.) to create opportunities for employees to apply learning before, during and after the course.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education technology, graphic design or related area
  • 3+ years experience in the digital/e-learning developer space
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Confident, resilient, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (Articulate 360 and SAP Litmos)
  • Ability to write effective instructional text and audio/video scripts
  • Familiar with video editing technology
