As Digital Copywriter, you will translate marketing strategies into engaging copy for multiple channels, with a significant focus on digital. We need a writer who will work with talented designers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and the creative director to develop innovative concepts, campaigns, and on-brand copy. This position will report to our Creative Director.

About You

You’re a strategic, creative problem-solver with the ability to reduce the complex into simple, digestible deliverables. You can tell a creative, compelling story based on commercial objectives, data, and research. You can work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, production, commercial, and digital services teams. 


  • Accurately and simply translate technical information, complex key value propositions, talking points, features, and benefits into product messages that align with commercial team objectives and goals
  • Develop assets such as display copy, email campaigns, integrated campaigns, web content, trade show and event content, brochures, infographics, social media, and other digital and traditional marketing deliverables
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise solutions to achieve them
  • Adhere to brand and copy standards, knowledge of editorial standards, especially as related to digital content development
  • Work effectively with marketing team members, different departments, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Pitch strategic concepts or information in one-on-one and group meetings
  • Rework existing copy to make it web and SEO ready
  • Update existing web content as needed
  • Conduct research autonomously and ask questions for clarity and comprehension


MUST HAVE a strong writing portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns, email, and web content. Include a link to your online portfolio and/or samples in your resume. Applications submitted without a link to an online portfolio will not be considered

  • Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field of study required
  • 3+ years of strategic digital copywriting and copywriting experience in B2B marketing, preferably industrial or technology, within a larger, corporate organization
  • Experience in search engine optimization and creating content for digital media and websites
  • Experience writing copy to be translated into multiple languages
  • Experience using a website content management system (e.g., WordPress); basic knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience writing for digital banner ads – standard, interactive (HTML5), and native – and developing text ads for Google AdWords
  • Experience testing and adjusting content based on analytics
  • Basic UX writing skills helpful
  • A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and work under pressure, while meeting multiple deadlines for multiple projects 
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
  • Communicate confidently with people at all levels of an organization 
  • Organized and dependable with a positive attitude
  • Proactive and has a passion for continuous improvement
