Intralox EMEA has a new opportunity to join our award winning Customer Service Department. We work with self managed people, which means you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on your everyday work as an Operational Representative (title used internally).


Operational Representative

Amsterdam | 40 hours pw | German Speaking

What will you be doing?

In this role you are part of the German country team and you perform a coordinating role. You prioritize customer requests (for quotes and orders) together with the team to ensure customer value is delivered. You make sure all requests are covered and run smoothly and efficient. Furthermore you:

  • Proactively share customer insights with colleagues

  • Assist customers with accurate transactions and manage a variation of transactional work across different industries.

  • Align country teams on daily planning and manage team expectations on daily workload

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven team player who has a positive mindset and always goes the extra mile to provide high-quality and value added customer service. You show initiative and supporting others in order to achieve team results is your mantra. Furthermore:

  • You are fluent in German and English, both verbal and written

  • You have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience (in B2B and/or B2C environment)
