Intralox EMEA has a new opportunity to join our award-winning Customer Service Department. We work with self-managed people, which means you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on your everyday work. 
 
What will you be doing? 

In this role you are part of the Benelux country team where you will be handling B2B customer requests through multiple channels. You prioritize customer requests together with the team to maintain our high service standards and to ensure customer value is delivered in every interaction. Your responsibilities vary from providing optimal order management to technical support. The focus is, and always will be, on identifying the customers’ needs and ensure our world-class services.

Furthermore:
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • You have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience (in a B2B environment)
  • You have a good technical affinity, are curious and a fast learner
