Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox is looking for  a new team member to join our award winning, global Customer Service department. Based at our EMEA facility in Hoofddorp, the successful candidate will be a positive, conscientious team player with a track record of delivering service excellence in an international commercial environment.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will support both colleagues and customers. After completing an in-depth onboarding period your responsibilities will vary from providing excellent order management, to backing up and supporting colleagues. In addition, you will coordinate between departments to fulfill customer requests. Ultimately, the focus of this role will always be to sustain world class customer service and creating customer value.

  • Business Level spoken and written English
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • You have B2B Customer Service Experience (internal/external)
  • You have a good technical affinity, are curious, and are a fast learner
  • You are self-managed and a team player
  • You are detail oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills
