As our new Customer Service Operational Representative you take Intralox’s customer service to the next level and ensure customer satisfaction. At Intralox we work with self managed people, which means you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on your everyday work.

What will you be doing?

In this role you are part of a country team and performing a coordinating role. You prioritize customer requests based on importance for the team and make sure everything is covered and runs smoothly. You are their strong backup and keep the overview. Furthermore you:

  • Align country teams on daily planning and manage team expectations on daily workload
  • Proactively share customer insights with colleagues

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven team player who has a positive mindset and always goes the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service. You show initiative and supporting others in order to achieve team results is your mantra. Furthermore:

  • You are fluent in German, both spoken and written
  • You have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience (in B2B or B2C environment)
