In this role, you will ensure the necessary documents for Intralox personnel to access customer sites are prepared and shared timely.

You are part of a cross-functional team and an important link between our customers, third-party service providers, and colleagues from different departments (Technical Services, People & Culture, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)). Most importantly, you conduct legal research and prepare required documents to maintain our client portals and ensure our colleagues have access to customer plants.

This position is based in either Hoofddorp or Wehl (Gelderland) locations.

What will you do?
  • Ownership of keeping up-to-date company & personal documents in a central location (SharePoint).
  • Streamline the handling of incoming travel requests and keep those requesting informed.
Collaborate with EHS and HR and other departments to obtain the necessary information to fulfill the requests (EHS, Sustainability, "hygienic Quality, Tax, Chamber of Commerce, Payment of Insurance etc.)
Connect the dots between the customer and the Intralox service organization so that all know what, who, when, and how to ensure there are no gaps in service.
  • Create and maintain a portal with stakeholders to capture frequently requested customer documents
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, service technicians, internal stakeholders, and external service partners.
Who are you?
  • Bachelor Degree educated in Law (international), Safety or Human Resources or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience in Project Management or experience in service coordination, customer service or a related field
  • Able to assess complex information and create logical solutions
  • Clear communicator, ability to interact across functions and levels in a global organization
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in English and preferably another language (Italian and/or Spanish)
