Intralox’s In-House Global Marketing Department is seeking an experienced marketing copywriter with a proven track record of success in developing lead generation and sales enablement marketing materials. The Marketing Copywriter will be responsible for developing bold, persuasive messaging and content for projects and multi-channel campaigns. 

This role is highly collaborative, working closely with an editor, designers, Marketing Communication Specialists, Intralox copywriters, and internal key stakeholders.

  • Accurately translate key value propositions, talking points, and features and benefits into product messages that align with commercial team objectives and goals
  • Develop assets such as case studies, email campaigns, integrated campaigns, digital content, trade shows and events assets, brochures, presentations, infographics, event content, social media, videos and other marketing deliverables
  • Adhere to brand and copy standards
  • Work effectively with marketing team members, different departments, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Effectively collaborate with and present information in one-on-one and group meetings
  • Provide strategic input on creative briefs when needed
  • Conduct research autonomously, dig deep into any provided source material, and ask questions for clarity and comprehension
  • Communicate assertively and confidently with people at all levels of an organization 
  • Actively seek and provide feedback based on analytics and commercial team responses


  • Strong writing portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns. Include a link to your online portfolio and/or samples in your resume. Applications submitted without a link to an online portfolio will not be considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field of study required
  • 5+ years of professional writing experience in B2B marketing, preferably industrial or technology, within a larger organization
  • Corporate B2B marketing environment experience preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proven track record with strategic content creation
  • Ability to grasp technical capabilities and translate them simply into benefits
  • A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication, pitch, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
  • Organized and dependable with a positive attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proactive and a passion for continuous improvement
