Intralox, LLC has an opening for a full-time Configure Price Quote (CPQ) specialist engineer on the Product Engineering team. The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and release enhancements to our online sales configurator platform targeted at documentation and cost/price analysis for the Packer to Palletizer (P2P) specific product offering.

Responsibilities:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Sales Configurator platform as well as the Engineering Configurator Platform
• Develop automated document output from the Intralox Sales Configuration platform
• Manage the Intralox Sales Configuration platform issue mailbox and put corresponding measures in place when issues occur
• Investigate potential costing algorithm issues by analyzing configurator results
• Effectively manage the issues list and develops it into a transparent platform that can be used for communication to the stakeholders
• Develop or coordinate development of support documentation and training for all products to be released, using appropriate knowledge-management tools

Requirements
• Bachelor of Science with preference for Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study. 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Technical aptitude – ability to research, understand, and communicate concepts associated with a problem statement.
• Affinity for automation related tasks. Basic experience with programming is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people. 
• Excellent relationship skills with team members, internal customers, other internal resources (including management and engineers)
• Strong team player, self-managed and proactive with a demonstrated sense of ownership
