Our company is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Analyst to join our team. As the Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue for Latin America Region. You will work closely with the executive team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as manage existing partnerships and collaborations.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances
  • Manage existing partnerships and collaborations to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities
  • Communicate with c-suite executives to present strategies and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 or more years of commercial work experience with a proven track record of success in business development and strategy
  • Highly organized and planful, with strong project management skills
  • Inquisitive mindset with an ability to think creatively and critically
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with c-suite executives
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop and implement effective business plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
