The Business Analyst position will report to IT ERP Practice Manager and be a part of Intralox Hanover Solutions Team located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business process redesigns and implementation of process improvements and enhancements
  • Work with internal departments to understand current processes; identify bottlenecks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Identify system gaps and offer practicable solutions and demonstrate capability to support Subject Matter Experts thru the life cycle of given project or enhancement initiative
  • Understand process requirements, complete analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training and change management support to support business needs.
  • Identifies and encourages training opportunities for personnel, while holding people accountable for proper execution of policies and procedures
  • Triage and resolve service requests as needed.
  • Conduct meetings and report progress to senior management.
  • Prepare design/solution documentation within the guidelines of Oracle AIM/OUM methodology.

Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other related fields

·     3-5 years of industry experience with business background in the areas of Planning, Scheduling, Material movement and Sales Order Management

·     3-5 years of experience in a support role with Onsite/offshore support model. 

·     Experience should also include requirement gathering /process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training and change management and support.

·     3-5 years working experience in an ERP system environment in a Functional role with expertise in the areas of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Build to Ship and Plan to Build

·     Must have excellent written and verbal communication

·     Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

·     Be self-motivated, team oriented with positive attitude.

·     Ability to work independently and manage multiple task or assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

·     Experience in a manufacturing environment

·     Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

·     Oracle University Education

·     Oracle Certified
