Intralox (Shanghai), a global provider of conveyance solutions and services has an opening for a Business Analyst in the Commercial Operations Group. The position reports to and will work closely with the Asia-Pac Commercial Operations Manager. Primary responsibilities include management of commercial operations initiatives, APAC regional reporting, systems and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate commercial operations initiatives
  • Prepare monthly APAC sales reporting and performance metrics
  • Coordinate upgrades to Cisco phone system and ERP system
  • System and process improvement projects
  • Analyze trends, problems and improvement opportunities, develop high-level view, and work with relevant departments to find the root causes and solutions. Present recommendation to management.
  • APAC meeting and function content support and coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a business analyst, operations, or administration role.
  • Strong qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
  • Advanced computer / query skills; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Oracle or Noetix Web Query is a plus
  • Highly self-managed and result oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well within a multi-cultural team-oriented environment
  • Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English language skills, written and verbal
