We are looking for someone who can bring analytical skills combined with service-orientation to our plant in Kingswinford and also to our Operations Department in Amsterdam. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is eager to bring operational excellence in office support to the next level.

Main responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain internal SharePoint sites, websites, databases, electronic files and file structures;
  • Create more efficient filing systems; taking initiative to improve administrative tools and processes;
  • Administer time & attendance, employee scorecards, reports on department KPI’s, provide data for the Global Assembly Metrics;
  • Liaise with agencies regarding temporary workers and providing timesheets;
  • Other general administrative duties and ad hoc assignments, such as plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, monitor stock levels & reorder stationery & other consumables.

Profile

  • Approximately 5 years of relevant administrative working experience;

  • Advanced User of MS Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Great analytical and time-management skills;

  • High attention to detail;

  • Ability to perform tasks in strict confidentiality and handle duties and information in a discrete and professional manner;

  • Good communicative and interpersonal skills;

  • Service-orientated and accessible to people;

  • Able and willing to travel to Amsterdam approx. once per month.
