Intralox, LLC is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Product Development and Engineering Teams in the Equipment platform. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting the leadership team with a wide variety of administrative and planning tasks. This position will be based in our Baltimore, Maryland office.

This Administrative Assistant will be working with driven and talented people across multiple departments.  For a person to be successful in this role, they need to be highly motivated to learn new things and demonstrate a wide degree of creativity.

  • Confidentially handles sensitive information
  • Coordinate team meetings including agenda and meeting notes
  • Help consolidate and prepare content for large meetings
  • Coordinate training and learning events for developing employees
  • Primary owner of department documents in SharePoint On-Line (Content Steward)
  •  Discover where documents may overlap and intersect; look for inconsistencies as well as ways to minimize waste.
  • Create and own department dashboards
  • Self-driven and motivated- working to implement and improve processes
Skills needed to be successful-

·       Strong computer skills- able to easily navigate MS Office Suite

·       Currently skilled in or willing to learn new systems such as MS Power Bi

·       Ability to navigate within complex topics – understand the big picture while also being able to dive into the details  

·       Outstanding communication skills-

·       Report to multiple different stakeholder groups

·       Ability to tailor communication to audience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Computer skills required include advanced expertise in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
  • Inquisitive: Great at asking questions to get to clarity
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be highly motivated, and self-managed with minimal guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement

Desired Qualifications

  • Project coordination experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
