In this dynamic role, you will be providing English and Thai language phone, email and fax support to Intralox customers in Thailand and other South-East Asian countries. This position is based in Shanghai and reports into the Customer Service Manager South-East Asia.


Job Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries, quotes and orders and administer correctly in order entry program
  • Advise & recommend products and services to dedicated customer accounts
  • Solve customer problems in a group, coordinating with sales, production & engineering and carry out follow-ups to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Documenting and leveraging important customer information across departments and accounts use of outbound calls
  • Assist in customer account maintenance
  • Proactively furthering the sales process through the use of outbound calls.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments (credit, assembly, technical support) by utilizing phone & specific communication programs.

Your Profile

  • Fluent English and Thai (spoken, written, reading).
  • 2+ years of commercial/customer-interfacing work experience
  • B2B experience preferred (not a must)
  • Customer Service experience preferred (not a must)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Long-term commitment to live and work in Shanghai
  • Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Technical aptitude
  • Analytical, detail oriented
  • Service-minded, ability to independently support customers
  • Pro-active and able to work independently
