As a new Account Representative at Intralox, you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on your everyday work while taking Intralox’s customer service to the next level
Together with the regional Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your customers and be responsible for growing customer relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Your day-to-day activities will include handling customer inquiries (from “Quote to Cash”) and coordinating technical support and expertise when needed – ensuring unmatched customer experience in all interactions.
