As our new Account Representative, you take Intralox’s customer service to the next level and ensure customer satisfaction. At Intralox we work with self-managed people, which means you will be given the freedom to put your own stamp on your everyday work.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Deliver high-end service to our B2B clients
  • Various responsibilities, from providing optimal order management, to technical support in response to customer requests 
  • Co-manage accounts and develop business relationships by offering value-added products
  • Focus on identifying the customers’ needs and ensure our world-class services
  • Develop, maintain, and share knowledge of the customer’s purchasing behavior, organization, economic trends, and competition.
  • Partner with Account Manager to pro-actively contribute to reaching customer goals
  • Establish excellent relationships with colleagues from other departments
  • Enable process improvements, work on process optimization, etc.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • A minimum of 3 years commercial business to business experience (internal)
  • Self-managed, proactive, problem-solving, and positive mindset
  • Creative thinker with the ability to simplify the complex 
  • Confident, positive, resilient, and takes initiative
  • Enjoys providing high-quality customer service
  • Good technical affinity, are curious and a fast learner
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
