In this dynamic role, you will be providing Chinese-language phone, email support to Intralox customers in China. This position is based in Shanghai and reports to the Customer Service Industrial Manager China & SEA

Job Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries, quotes and orders and administer correctly in order entry program.
  • Advise & recommend products and services to dedicated customer accounts.
  • Solve customer problems in a group, coordinating with sales, production & engineering and carry out follow-ups to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Documenting and leveraging important customer information across departments and accounts use of outbound calls
  • Assist in customer account maintenance.
  • Proactively furthering the sales process through the use of outbound calls.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments (credit, assembly, technical support) by utilizing phone & specific communication programs.

Your Profile

  • Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English.
  • 2+ years of B2B work experience.
  • Commercial/customer-interfacing experience preferred.
  • Customer Service experience preferred (not a must).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Long-term commitment to live and work in Shanghai.
  • Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Analytical, detail oriented.
  • Service-minded, ability to independently support customers.
  • Pro-active and able to work independently.
