In this dynamic role, you will be providing English-language phone support to Intralox customers in Australia & New Zealand. This position is based in the Melbourne office and reports into the ANZ, Japan & India Customer Service Manager. We are looking for an intelligent team player who has a positive mindset and always goes the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities vary from providing optimal order management, to technical support in response to customer requests. You will be co-managing accounts and developing business relationships by offering value-added products. The focus is, and always will be, on identifying the customers’ needs and ensure our world-class services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries, quotes and orders and administer correctly in order entry program
  • Advise & recommend products and services to dedicated customer accounts
  • Solve customer problems in a group, coordinating with sales, production & engineering and carry out follow-ups to ensure that concerns are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Documenting and leveraging important customer information across departments and accounts use of outbound calls
  • Assist in customer account maintenance
  • Proactively furthering the sales process through the use of outbound calls
  • Assist in customer account maintenance
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments (credit, assembly, technical support) by utilizing phone & specific communication programs

Your Profile

  • Native English speaker
  • 2+ years of business to business (B2B) work experience in a commercial and customer support role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Long-term commitment to live and work in Melbourne
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to deal with customers & coworkers of different cultures
  • Technical aptitude
  • Analytical, detail oriented
  • Service-minded, ability to independently support with customers
  • Pro-active and able to work independently
