We have an opportunity for an Account Manager, home office based in Poland but with a territory including Eastern and Central European countries. Do you thrive in establishing and building long-term B2B customer relationships and you can’t you stop talking about key trends and developments in the food industry world? This job combines both.


 

What will you be doing?



Your focus is on growing revenues with bakery and snack customer accounts that are key industry players in Poland and other Central and Eastern European countries that include countries as Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Lithuania. You communicate shop floor to boardroom. You listen to customers and provide solutions based on their challenges and their decision criteria. You are a member of the core global commercial team and contribute to cross border projects and initiatives. You’re at your best when you explore new customers, identify sales opportunities and bring those sales to closure.

Who are you?

  • The following words describe you best: entrepreneurial, student mind-set, problem solving skills, self-motivated and confident. Tight deadlines give you the drive to prioritize and your sight is always focused on the result.
  • You are fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages such as Russian and/or German would be highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience within the food industry, and specifically bakery and snack segments, is a big advantage
  • Strong technical affinity
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (70%) within the territory and occasionally abroad
