Intralox LLC Europe has an opening for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the continued development and growth of one of our largest end-user partners in the EMEA Logistics and Material Handling Industry Segment.  

Our patented Activated Roller Belt Solutions have been proven to bring value to End users and System Integrators by reducing overall system costs and/or adding required functionality beyond the capabilities of traditional technology.  The successful candidate must possess strong skills in both technical and commercial aspects of system selling. This includes: qualification of opportunities, funnel management, account and business development as well as a good knowledge of alternative systems/solutions, their functionality, and their advantages/disadvantages. 

What Will You Do?
  • Identify and initiate contact with the appropriate buying influences within a large, complex organization
  • Bring value to customers: Consult with key technical buying influences on concepts and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) layouts to qualify opportunities thoroughly and provide tailor-made recommendations and solutions tuned to their needs
  • Identify new opportunities for our solutions and work with internal resources on application development
  • Clearly articulate Intralox’s value proposition(s) for each solution offered
  • Effectively work as part of a global team to manage an account development plan and multiple opportunity plans
  • Lead a regional European account selling team with multiple account managers and application engineers on opportunities, programs, and projects, prioritizing and executing the work for the team
  • Coordinate and leverage best practices across regions
  • Prepare timely, accurate, and concise reports on industry and customer activities and issues
Who Are You?
  • Bachelor degree level of education is required ideally with a technical or engineering discipline combined with a business education; MBA would be a plus
  • 3+ years of successful, content-based technical sales of equipment and/or systems in a B2B environment. Ideally with automation in the E-commerce, WDC, Parcel, or Postal industries
  • MHE experience in the WDC, Parcel, and Postal industry
  • Self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, and self-managed. Coachable, student mindset, and enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to continually learn about the industry and effectively apply this knowledge to strategy 
  • Strong, clear, and concise communicator, presenter, and public speaker 
  • Proficiency with sales and engineering tools/programs such as CRM, Configurators, and AutoCAD
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects; systematic, structured, disciplined to handle a high quantity of projects simultaneously
  • Willing and able to travel 60%
