In this role, you will develop and manage large account(s) with great potential for the LMH (Logistics & Material Handling) industry team. You will be responsible for understanding where Intralox's offering can provide value and validating this value. You will ideally work from Intralox's APAC HQ in Shanghai. 

You will work with a global team that invests in each other's success and take pride in their work.

What will you do?
  • Navigate big organization. Identify and initiate contact with the appropriate buying influences. Build relationships with executives and key decision makers at target accounts at corporate and plant level. 
  • Identify opportunities, understand unmet needs and develop/define product requirements & value propositions. Clearly articulate Intralox's value proposition(s) for each solution offered. 
  • Structure creative business packages (technology and services) that tire Intralox's best strengths and value propositions with solutions to the customers most critical needs. 
  • Develop and execute the Account Plan with the account team, including strategy, sales execution, support, as well as product development needs. Continuously drive account analysis to strengthen our value proposition/offer to the account. 
  • Present the team with an accurate picture of the market so that an effective strategy can be built, and decisions be made. 
Who are you? 
  • Degree qualification from an accredited University. A degree in Engineering or Business is preferred. 
  • 5+ years of successful, content-based technical sales of equipment and/or systems or application engineering. Ideally with automation in the parcel and/or warehouse distribution industries. 
  • Proven record calling on decision makers at the corporate and site level. Credible and confident outlook. Able to build strong relationship within the target account. 
  • Coachable and enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset. 
  • Strong questioning & analytical skills. A critical thinker that can navigate across ambiguity. Listens with a student mindset. 
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects; systematic, structured, disciplined to handler high quantity of projects simultaneously. 
  • Native Chinese with good spoken and written English. 
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (50%+), and work in a fast-paced industry.
