In this role, you will validate and develop accounts with large potential for the LMH (Logistics & Material Handling) industry team. You will be responsible for understanding where Intralox’s offering can provide value or where there are unmet needs in the market and then selling Intralox solutions. You will ideally work from Intralox’s APAC HQ in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and initiate contact with the appropriate buying influences. Build relationships with executives and key decision-makers at these target accounts.
  • Create and implement account validation plans.
  • Identify market opportunities at end user customers, understand unmet needs and develop/define product requirements/value propositions with your commercial team.
  • Present the team with an accurate picture of (potential) customers and the market so that an effective strategy can be built, and decisions be made.
  • Qualify selling opportunities to ensure engagement in projects where Intralox brings exceptional value.

Who are you?
  • A Business and/or Engineering Degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 3+ years of solid sales experience in a B2B environment. Automation knowledge and experience in the logistics industry are preferred.
  • Strong questioning & analytical skills. A critical thinker. Listens with a Student Mindset. 
  • Effective at contacting new people from prospective customers & navigating these customer organizations. Excellent at communicating with multiple levels of people in customer organizations.
  • Affinity for technical products and services.
  • Self-managed, proactive with a “can-do” attitude and positive team player.
  • Native Mandarin with good spoken and written English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (50%+), and work in a fast-paced industry
