In this role, you will develop and manage large end-users and system integrator accounts for the LMH (Logistics & Material Handling) industry team. You will be responsible for understanding where Intralox’s offering can provide value and validating this value. You will be a part of a global and regional team to influence account and industry strategy. 

What will you do?
  • Consult with key technical buying influences on concepts and MHE layouts to qualify opportunities thoroughly and provide tailor-made recommendations and solutions tuned to their needs. Clearly articulate Intralox’s value proposition(s) for each solution offered.
  • Identify and initiate contact with the appropriate buying influences within a large organization. Build relationships with executives and key decision-makers at target accounts at the corporate and plant level.
  • Identify new opportunities for our solutions and work with internal resources on application development. Understand unmet needs and develop/define product requirements & value propositions. 
  • Present the team with an accurate picture of the market so that an effective strategy can be built, and decisions be made.
  • Work closely with a global account team that leverages best practices across regions

Who are you?
  • Degree qualification from an accredited University. A degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful, content-based technical sales of equipment and/or systems or application engineering. Ideally with automation in the E-commerce, warehouse distribution, parcel, or postal industries.
  • Competent in communicating with multiple levels. Credible and confident outlook. Able to build strong relationships within the target account.
  • Strong questioning & analytical skills. Strong technical communication. A critical thinker who can navigate across ambiguity. Listens with a student mindset
  • Self-managed and proactive with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
  • (Near-) native English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (50%+), and work in a fast-paced industry. Some overseas travel is required.
