In this exciting role, you will be working from a home office base preferably in East Midlands, East Anglia, or Yorkshire & the Humber and managing Intralox’s Meat, Poultry, and Seafood business primarily in East of England.

What will you be doing?

Your focus is on growing revenues with a variety of customer accounts including key industry players in the region. You communicate shop floor to boardroom. A key part of role is also providing technical support and commercial management of customers at plant level. Furthermore you will:
  • Manage and further develop further existing and new customers
  • Define the overall market potential, annual business plan, and forecast
  • Implement proactive territory management to best maximize time and resources to grow business
  • Maintain frequent contact with the target accounts (End-Users & OEMs)
Who are you?
  • 3+ years commercial or engineering experience. B2B background within the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong technical affinity and a hands-on, self-managed approach. Enthusiastic team player and peer leader.
  • Results-driven personality with a high mission of service. Able to leverage resources to expand existing partnerships while energetically pursuing new business.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (about three days per week) within the territory and abroad.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are advantageous.
