As part of the Intralox Food division, you will primarily manage customers in the Fruit, Vegetable, Dairy, Pet-Food, and Confectionary segments. Based from your home office in Southern Germany, your territory includes the DACH & Balkan regions.

Your Role:
- Manage and develop existing and new customers in your territory.
- Understand market potential and define sales forecasts and business plans.
- Implement proactive territory management to best maximize time and resources to grow business
- Maintain frequent contact with target accounts (End-Users & OEMs).
Who You Are:
- Fluent in German, English and either Bulgarian and/or Macedonian languages; additional languages such as Hungarian and Czech are strongly preferred.
- 3+ years B2B experience working across multiple countries with demonstrated adaptability to diverse cultural environments.
- Strong technical affinity with a proactive, self-managed approach.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (averaging three days per week) throughout the territory and abroad.
