You'll manage Intralox’s Bakery business in the UK, making a real impact.

Your Role:
  • Develop Intralox as the preferred partner for conveyance solutions at key customers, driving long-term, profitable sales growth.
  • Foster strong relationships between corporate and plant contacts, supporting the commercial team in the field.
  • Create and own strategic Account Plans for key customers, ensuring alignment and execution with the Selling Team.
  • Implement proactive territory management to maximize time and resources for business growth.
  • Identify sales opportunities and document the resources needed to close deals.
  • Define market potential, create annual business plans, and forecast sales.
Who You Are:
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical background with a willingness to travel extensively (about three days per week) within the territory and abroad.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the food industry, preferably in the bakery sector.
  • Strong technical affinity and a proactive, self-managed approach.
  • Commercially driven, committed to results, and accustomed to tight deadlines.
