Intralox has an opening for Account Manager in its global Consumer Packaged Goods Team. Your focus is on growing revenues with customer accounts (end users, integrators, OEM’s) that are key industry players in the beverage & brewery, can-making, consumer goods, and corrugated industries in Australia and New Zealand. You communicate shop floor to boardroom. You listen to customers and provide solutions based on their challenges and their decision criteria. You are a member of the core global commercial team and contribute to cross-border projects and initiatives. You’re at your best when you explore new customers, identify sales opportunities and bring those sales to closure.  This role is home-based and reports to the Industrial Team Manager Japan, ANZ & SEA.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing commercial relationships and new account development in the breweries/beverage, can-making, consumer goods and corrugated industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in technical, operational and economic functions.
  • Visit customer (EU and Integrator/OEM) plants and corporate sites to understand customers' requirements, identify opportunities where Intralox can bring value, and provide solutions (products, services).
  • Develop and drive execution of account plans, actively participate in setting and implementing regional and global account strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a technical B2B environment with complex project sales
  • Knowledge and/or experience within the packaging and/or can making industry is an advantage
  • Strong technical affinity
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (70%) within the region and occasionally abroad
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Self-managed
  • Native/fluent English
