Intralox has an opening for an Account Manager Aftersales on its Industrial Team. As a member of this team, the qualified individual will be responsible for selling aftermarket services and spare parts to key tire, automotive, packaging & container accounts in China. This individual will work in a global team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Industry team members to maintain commercial relationships and grow services, replacement business within the Focused Key Accounts - liaison between Intralox and customer.
  • Developing service and replacement business strategy and execution plan by offering differentiated approaches. 
  • Plan and coordinate between the commercial team and Life Cycle Service team in delivering the plant audit, maintenance trainings and service report etc. to key focused accounts; build, protect and manage Intralox KA's installation database. 
  • Identify and follow through the replacement, spare parts sales opportunities by working closely with Industry selling team bring sales opportunities to closure.
  • Assisting commercial team to coordinate with application engineers, field service technicians to ensure success in our add-value services include installations guidance, commissioning support and troubleshooting execution initiatives. 
  • Embrace the concept of team-based selling in performing the job. 
  • Embrace the concept of “self-management” in performing the above responsibilities.
Requirements
  • BS or MS in engineering from an accredited University. 
  • 5+ years of solid engineering or technical sales experience in a B2B environment with preferable knowledge and mechanical engineering experience within the factory automation field.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese and good spoken and written English.
  • Able to travel up to 60%.
  • Possess a confident outlook along with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving personality.
  • A passion for learning and growth, willingness, and ability to be self-managed.
  • Proven record calling on decision-makers at the plant level.
  • Excellent communicator and team-player.
