Intralox has an opening for an Account Manager Aftersales on its Industrial Team. As a member of this team, the qualified individual will be responsible for selling aftermarket services and spare parts to key tire, automotive, packaging & container accounts in China. This individual will work in a global team environment.

  • Work closely with Industry team members to maintain commercial relationships with existing customers – liaison between Intralox and customer.
  • Developing service strategy and execution by offering differentiated approaches.  
  • Plan and execute plant audit and provide formal reports, maintenance trainings to key focused accounts; build and manage key account’s installation database.
  • Identify replacement sales opportunities. Articulate and document company resources needed to bring sales to closure.
  • Work with application engineers to ensure our add-value services include installations guidance, commissioning support and troubleshooting. 
  • Embrace the concept of team-based selling in performing the job. 
  • Embrace the concept of “self-management” in performing the above responsibilities.
  • BS or MS in engineering from an accredited University. 
  • 5+ years of solid engineering or technical sales experience in a B2B environment with preferable knowledge and mechanical engineering experience within the factory automation field.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese and good spoken and written English.
  • Able to travel up to 60%.
  • Possess a confident outlook along with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving personality.
  • A passion for learning and growth, willingness, and ability to be self-managed.
  • Proven record calling on decision-makers at the plant level.
  • Excellent communicator and team-player.
