Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure successful project delivery in the region.
- Consult with contractors and end-users on installation and commissioning to guarantee seamless onboarding of Hydrolox Traveling Screens.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installation and ongoing operations, minimizing downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports on site visits, installations, inspections, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Participate in internal project reviews, resource verification, and cost estimation for optimal execution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, recommending replacement parts and solutions throughout the product life cycle.
- Oversee and validate system testing and customer acceptance.
- Attend fabrication factories and Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure product quality and compliance.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
- 5+ years of product support experience in the Middle East.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic (Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to travel up to 70%, including weekends/holidays as needed.
- Self-management and effective teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to read CAD drawings.
Nice-to-haves:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in power generation or water desalination.
- Effective note-taking, writing, and reporting skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
