We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our EMEA People and Culture team. This role is more than filling roles; it's about building a strong, diverse, and innovative workforce. How Will You Make an Impact?
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Deliver an exciting, respectful, and engaging journey for every candidate.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, also guiding our hiring teams through best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Use data to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and our pipeline.
  • Leverage modern tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.
  • Act as our ambassador and storyteller. Champion our brand by connecting with schools, associations, and related events.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment on site for a portfolio of roles including engineering, services and operational.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Conduct interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Translate recruitment metrics into actionable strategies that optimize hiring outcomes and align with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, in English and Dutch
  • Ability to travel to two plant locations, Hoofddorp and Wehl

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ATS and other related systems/tools.
  • A proactive, curious, ambitious attitude with a strong collaborative approach.
