Why this role matters

Our Shipping Team is a critical part of our operations, making sure finished products move efficiently from our facility to customers around the world. The team works in a fast-paced environment with clear targets, high quality expectations, and a strong focus on accuracy and safety. Every shipment matters, and the work directly supports customer satisfaction and business performance. We succeed through teamwork, ownership, and a commitment to doing things right.

As a Shipping Specialist, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day shipping operations by preparing orders, checking documentation, and coordinating shipments for transport. You’ll work closely with colleagues across assembly and logistics to keep workflows moving and ensure orders are handled according to instructions and guidelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings practical shipping experience, enjoys working independently, and wants to contribute to a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What you’ll do:
  • Keep the assembly area clear of finished belts → support a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
  • Pack orders into correctly sized boxes and secure them to pallets → help prevent damage in transit and ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
  • Pre-pack accessories in date order while checking quantities, work order descriptions, and instructions → maintain accuracy and readiness for shipment.
  • Stage completed orders for consolidation checks and verify system changes before labelling → reduce shipping errors and ensure the right labels go on the right boxes.
  • Process orders through final ship-off in line with instructions and guidelines → ensure timely, compliant, and accurate outbound shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and carrier labels → support smooth transport and customs or carrier processing where needed.
  • Arrange labelled boxes for loading → enable efficient and well-organised transport operations.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a logistics or shipping environment.
  • Good working knowledge of packaging and shipping processes in a fast-paced operation.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours when required.
  • Proven ability to maintain high accuracy and quality standards under time pressure.
  • Strong focus on standardization and process discipline to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Self-managed, independent, and proactive approach to work.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with Oracle shipping systems and/or Kewill / BluJay.
  • Valid forklift license.

If you don’t meet every requirement but are excited about the role, we still encourage you to apply.

Why Intralox?

  • International environment with opportunities to grow your career globally.
  • A supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration.
  • A workplace driven by ideas, innovation, and ownership.
  • A financially strong, market-leading brand.
  • Performance-based profit sharing.
  • 25 holiday days + 6 ATV days.
  • Excellent benefits package includes a mobility card for business and personal use, pension scheme and contributions to health & life insurance.
